The Operations Manager is responsible for planning and executing the operational strategies necessary to meet and exceed productivity and quality thresholds in the Fulfillment Center. This includes creating staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, and process improvements to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet business objectives.
- Measure and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement best practices.
