This role presents a unique opportunity to lead a multinational segment, driving business growth and profitability while working with cross-functional teams.
- Drive business results and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) across all solution lines and geographies.
- Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and maintain detailed knowledge of income under responsibility.
- Promote profitability of the segment and each client, identifying opportunities to achieve regional revenue targets.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for regionally led growth opportunities that span multiple solution lines.
- Lead a team, establish career paths, and develop expert colleagues to support business objectives.
- Provide segment information to support solution line innovation and ensure execution requirements are clear among team members.
