About the Role
As a member of our global Finance Operations team, you'll find innovative ways to manage complex transactions. You'll make processes more efficient and scalable, work to ensure high quality operations, and proactively minimize operational risk. Collaborating with extended workforce partners externally and across multiple Financial Operations teams internally.

The Revenue to Cash Operations team manages RCO processes globally across all product areas, including Ads, Digital Goods, Google Cloud, and Hardware. We create solutions to various blockers to payment, collect cash, and develop repayment plans for clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts to identify payments, report collections activity, address client queries, and develop repayment plans.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with counterparts on the external customer and internal business side to understand the billing and payments experience for clients.
  • Leverage understanding of customer needs, Google products, and systems to identify and proactively address drivers of non-payment.
  • Provide ongoing consultation and support to stakeholders on questions related to policies and processes.
  • Partner with Operations Management team and Collections process tower to proactively surface operational feedback and address process gaps/issues.
