The role of an Engineering Support Technician is crucial in driving support resolution with web engineering teams.
This position requires someone who can serve as a point of escalation for support issues and help define and improve runtime while enhancing the support platform and application.
As a support SME, you will assist in improving service elasticity, resiliency, and recovery times. Additionally, you will contribute to improving SDLC/Continuous Delivery OKRs such as increasing release cadence and reducing incident rates.
Key responsibilities include creating documentation and code snippets to share with L1 engineering teams.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Investigate and drive support resolution with Bolt web engineering teams.
- Serve as a point of escalation for support issues from FICC Boltweb.
- Help define and improve runtime while enhancing Boltweb support platform and application.
- Become a support SME and help improve service elasticity, resiliency, and recovery times.
- Improve SDLC/Continuous Delivery OKRs such as increasing release cadence and reducing incident rates.
- Create documentation and code snippets to share with L1 engineering teams.
- Professional development and constant evolution of your skills, always in line with your interests.
