Purchasing Trainee Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Purchasing Trainee to join our team. Reporting to the Purchasing Coordinator, your tasks will include supporting daily activities of the Purchasing Team: creating purchase orders, developing suppliers, and following up on supplier performance.

  • Supporting the creation and management of purchase orders to meet business needs.
  • Negotiating with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Maintaining effective communication with internal clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of purchasing strategies for various categories.

Requirements

  • A strong academic background in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or International Trade, with at least 4 semesters remaining to complete the degree.
  • Demonstrated proactivity and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bilingual skills, with basic notions of English.
