Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our Front Office operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
About the Role
The Customer Service Ambassador will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and timely check-in/check-out process. You will also be responsible for assisting guests with their queries and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service to all guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
- Assist guests with checking in and out, answering questions about hotel services and amenities.
- Proactively assist guests with their queries, providing solutions to any problems they may encounter.
- Maintain accurate cash handling records, ensuring that all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
Requirements
- Possess excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrate a passion for customer service, committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.
- Work well in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Available to work weekends and public holidays, including day and night shifts.
