- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Forecast, measure, and report partnership results, including co-created content promotions and lead sharing.
- Analyze partnership performance, challenges, and opportunities to provide regular insights.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 3-5 years of experience in partnership management.
- Strong understanding of IT and banking industry best practices, with knowledge of emerging technologies.
- Excellent knowledge of local LATAM payments infrastructure and industry.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships.
- Ability to track and analyze partnership performance.
- Ability to evolve in a complex environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
