Job Description

The primary responsibility of the IT Helpdesk Engineer is to serve as the main point of contact for employees in regards to IT issues and queries.

This role involves providing 1st and 2nd line customer support, troubleshooting various IT-related problems from software to hardware.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure Management: Maintain Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, and local area network.
  • IT Asset Management: Handle IT purchases and maintain an inventory of IT assets and equipment, logging all requests in a tracking system.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve reported issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service and adhere to established service management principles.
  • Training: Provide basic in-house training in MS Office applications used within the organization.
