Job Overview

As an Installation Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of offshore installation projects.

  • Develop and execute project plans for offshore installation activities, including subsea structures, pipelines, and facilities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost control measures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including management and clients.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Fluent English.
  • Background in installation project management (minimum 10 years).
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in project management within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong understanding of subsea engineering, marine operations, and offshore construction techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Desirable Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Familiarity with international standards and regulations governing offshore installations.
  • Experience working with diverse, multicultural teams.
