We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service delivery in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance and support to housekeeping staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
  2. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas of the hotel meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  3. Staff Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of housekeeping staff.
  4. Operational Efficiency: Analyze and improve housekeeping processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, and that any issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
  6. Communication: Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and to address any issues that may arise.
  7. Compliance: Ensure that all housekeeping staff are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in a housekeeping management role, preferably in a hotel environment.
  2. Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Qualifications: Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
