Marketing Lead for Latin America to Deliver Growth Strategy.
Are you a marketing professional passionate about growth and innovation?
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead for Latin America to drive our commercialization strategy and amplify awareness of our franchise in the region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business in Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico.

The Ideal Candidate
- Will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy to increase awareness and adoption of our Commercial Bank solutions across Latin America.
- Will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing plans, communication, advertising, and client events.
- Will lead the creation of engaging content, including articles, case studies, videos, and podcasts, to showcase our expertise and thought leadership.
- Will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of each project and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Will partner with sales teams to enable sales origination and grow client relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment across the organization.

The Role Requires
- A passion for marketing, innovation, and growth, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience driving digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, and analyzing metrics to inform future campaigns.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically, balancing creativity with executional focus.
- Self-starter with minimal management oversight, able to define goals and strategies, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, with native-level proficiency in at least one language and strong language skills in another.
