Job Responsibilities

The Technical Supervisor will be responsible for delivering technical assistance to clients, encompassing site activation, energy and water conservation audits, product optimization, and in-depth troubleshooting at client locations.

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues with specific products, modules, and systems through the application of advanced product knowledge at customer sites or remotely.
  • Provide training to customers or other Field Service Engineers on advanced product features and functionalities.
  • Execute remote support services for customers or own Field Service Engineers.
  • Prepare service jobs according to established guidelines.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on actions and promises made to clients.
  • Generate detailed service reports onsite and obtain client signatures.
  • Update relevant information in IT systems used for service execution.
  • Report any safety concerns or incidents in accordance with local reporting procedures.
  • Capture data on installed equipment and communicate sales opportunities to the sales department.
  • Offer proactive recommendations to clients regarding our service portfolio, including potential upgrades.
