IT Support Specialist Job Summary
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled IT support specialist to join our team. As an IT support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first and second level technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external service providers to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document requests and solutions in our ticketing system.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a second-level support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows client/server environments, Microsoft 365, Intune, and networking technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
