Você será responsável pelo primeiro contato com potenciais clientes, ajudando a despertar interesse e entender necessidades.
Responsabilidades:
- Realizar a prospecção ativa de potenciais clientes (via e-mail, telefone, WhatsApp e outros canais).
- Qualificar leads inbound, entendendo o momento e as necessidades do cliente.
- Apresentar de forma clara a proposta de valor da empresa.
- Agendar reuniões e demonstrações para o time de vendas.
- Manter o CRM atualizado com informações e interações dos leads.
- Trabalhar em conjunto com marketing e vendas para melhorar a geração e conversão de oportunidades.
Requisitos:
- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, clara, empática e persuasiva.
- Interesse genuíno em entender pessoas e negócios.
- Organização, disciplina e foco em metas.
- Proatividade e vontade constante de aprender.
Diferenciais:
- Experiência prévia em vendas, telemarketing, atendimento ou prospecção de clientes.
- Conhecimento ou experiência com ferramentas como: Hubspot (CRM), IUNGO, Google Agenda, Gmail.
