Key Responsibilities

Job Summary

This role requires a hybrid approach, with the ability to work in our office 2 times a week. Our office culture fosters in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members and visiting colleagues from global offices.

  • Manage a portfolio of clients with revenue of $10-15MM within the assigned Branch.
  • Directly manage Triforce and squad leaders in their discipline, including Senior Staff and Principal team members.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of project work, coach squad/triforce leaders, and develop relationships with executive client leaders to offer expertise and partnership.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Triforce and Squad Leaders in their portfolio, including Engineering Leads, Delivery Leads, Product Leads, Senior Staff ICs, and Principal ICs.
  • Indirect responsibility for all individual contributor team members in their portfolio.
  • Directly responsible for executive client relationships across accounts in their portfolio.
