Amaris Consulting is expanding into new markets and seeking a seasoned business development manager to lead this initiative. We require a strategic thinker with extensive experience in sales and consulting, who can craft and execute a plan that aligns with our global objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Establish and scale our local presence through strategic market analysis and client prospecting
- Conduct thorough market research to identify business opportunities and meet client needs
- Lead sales initiatives and foster enduring relationships with both new and existing clients
**Requirements:**
- Proven track record in B2B sales in Rio de Janeiro
- Strong background in the consulting industry, with expertise in its challenges and opportunities
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management; a Master's degree or MBA is highly regarded
