Valuation Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Valuation Services practice. As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality valuations for financial reporting, tax, and management planning purposes. Our team provides objective valuations for a variety of assignments, including business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, intellectual property valuations, stock option valuations, and dispute consulting.

Our Valuation Services practice is a key component of our business, and we are looking for a leader who can drive growth and excellence in this area.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in valuation and advisory services
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality valuations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes

Preferred Qualifications

- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Professional certifications (e.g. CVA, ABV)
- Experience working with clients in a variety of industries
