Business Development Manager
This position plays a vital role in driving business growth and success within the region. As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include training commercial teams to ensure they possess strong product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:- Train commercial teams to develop strong product knowledge and enhance sales performance.
- Maintain distributor performance alignment with company goals and regional strategies.
- Cultivate sales activities through distributors or directly via K+S Brasileira, depending on the business model.
- Promote premium product lines to strengthen market presence and customer loyalty.
- Gather and report market insights from the region to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and adapt new products for the local market.
- Represent K+S Brasileira at technical and promotional events to enhance visibility and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Passion for working within a dynamic and innovative environment.
- Agronomy degree or relevant field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the fertilizer market.
- Strong agrobusiness background.
- Experience with team management.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- Strong teamwork skills, empathy, and passion for networking.
- Demonstrated intermediate English language proficiency.
- Residency in Pelotas Region - Rio Grande do Sul State.
