Job Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales of our bovine and equine product lines with beef and dairy farmers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales indicators according to established strategies and guidelines.
- Analyze market potential in VTC areas to increase sales of products to high-potential clients.
- Coordinate and sell the Ceva product portfolio as defined by company leadership.
- Conduct field actions (on farms) and at points of sale (training sessions, lectures, relationship development, marketing activities, business dinners, field days, etc.) to increase demand for Ceva products.
- Ensure the execution of marketing actions to assist in brand formation.
- Analyze competitors and their actions to make possible adjustments to the sales plan.
- Reassess VTC areas as necessary based on revenue potential for Ceva.
- Conduct coaching with VTCs to develop professionals and retain talent.
- Collaborate on the professional development (technical, commercial, marketing) of all VTCs under your leadership.
- Ensure VTCs execute monthly plans.
- Audit VTC areas to ensure proper implementation of work, execution of key job responsibilities, adherence to company guidelines, and client relationships, as well as Ceva's image.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine.
- Knowledge of market positioning and marketing channels for large animals.
- Deep understanding of the company's products.
- Skills in people management and negotiation.
- Residence in the central region of the state of Minas Gerais.
