Job Overview

We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the entire lifecycle of a large-scale feature from refinement and planning to development, testing, and deployment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Product Ownership: Responsible for owning a full development stream and/or cloud component backlog within a scalable digital product.
  • Scope Definition: Defining and refining the scope of major features and work items, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical feasibility.
  • Work Package Creation: Translating features into detailed work packages, user stories, and deliverables, identifying dependencies and risks.
  • Development Coordination: Coordinating development activities with stakeholders, including component owners, developers, QA, and others.
  • Quality Assurance: Participating in testing to ensure features meet functional, design, and performance standards before release.
  • Team Support: Supporting development teams by identifying issues and providing constructive feedback.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product development, feature ownership, or technical project management, preferably as a product or component owner.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership of cross-functional teams delivering complex digital features or products.
  • System Understanding: Experience with large, scalable systems.
  • Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with business and technical teams, including developers, POs, and testers.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; coding skills are a plus.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
