Billing Operations Specialist

The primary role of the Billing Operations Specialist is to ensure seamless billing processes for product sales and other transactions. This involves analyzing internal orders, processing invoices, and communicating with customers and internal departments to guarantee timely and accurate delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and process internal orders for billing purposes;
- Issue invoices for various transaction types, including product sales and warehouse transfers;
- Prepare and send DANFEs and XML files to customers;
- Enter third-party incoming invoices;
- Correct and issue revised invoices as needed;
- Maintain accurate records and files;
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations;
