Office HR Manager Role

We are seeking an Office HR Manager with a legal background to manage our office operations.

This position requires +5 years of relevant experience, knowledge or certification in paralegal studies, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contract Management: Review agreements, contracts, and other contractual documents; identify ambiguous or unfavorable terms; and offer guidance to ensure fair and balanced contract terms.
  • Litigation Support: Respond to user litigations, investigate facts, coordinate collection of discovery materials, and prepare documents for the law office.
  • HR/Accounting Support: Provide day-to-day assistance on employee relations issues, support full-cycle recruiting, and assist with billing and invoicing.
  • Office Management: Purchase equipment and office supplies, keep track of inventories, and manage packages and mail for the office.

Requirements include:

  • +5 Years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge or certification in paralegal studies
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Fluent English
  • Advanced reading and writing skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
