Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced project leader to oversee luxury interior fit-out projects from conception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-end projects on time and within budget.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and take on the challenge of leading complex projects from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants to achieve project objectives.
  • Maintain HSE standards, risk management, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in construction project management.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Additional Details:
  • Role requires a six-day working week, mandatory for all site-based positions.
