Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Support Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our IT operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems and services.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve technical issues, as well as monitor and improve our operational processes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to grow and develop your skills. You will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our users, ensuring that our systems and services are running efficiently and effectively.

You will be working with a range of tools and technologies, including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Kibana), and Octopus Deploy. You will also be involved in documentation and knowledge base development to ensure that our operational processes are well-documented and easily accessible.

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and knowledge bases.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  2. At least 1-2 years of experience in a production support environment.
  3. Prior experience in iGaming industry considered an asset.
  4. ITIL Foundation certified or equivalent experience working in an organization adopting ITIL best practices considered a strong asset.
  5. Experience working in an organization adopting Incident Management and IT operations best practices considered a strong asset.
  6. Microsof certifications considered as an asset.
  7. Nice to have experience with monitoring tools and applications such as Grafana, Zabbix, Prometheus, PRTG, Nagios and Kibana.
  8. Nice to have experience with ITSM tools like Atlassian Jira, Confluence and Opsgenie.
  9. Ability to work flexible hours and willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
  10. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
