We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Service Support Specialist in São Paulo, Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:- To identify and resolve operational irregularities due to software issues or other reasons.
- To identify and resolve real-time incidents relating to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- To resolve client disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
- To monitor critical application functions and infrastructure components via monitoring tools, identifying, analyzing, logging, and escalating alerts as necessary.
- To record all events related to major incidents in internal systems and produce post-resolution incident reports.
- To manage ad-hoc situations that may occur on the shift to deliver all products.
- To perform administrative duties such as scheduling, reporting, and organizing daily processes according to internal policies and procedures.
- To ensure the appropriate number of staff is present for each shift.
- Good level of written and spoken English.
- The ability to make decisions requiring independent judgment and to identify and refer other issues to the proper authorities.
- Able to work any type of shift and full time and/or shift schedule.
- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical/multi-tasking/high sense of responsibility.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality, high sense of urgency, and result-oriented attitude.
- Approachable, energetic, and able to work under pressure.
- Good level of computer literacy, specifically Office package.
- Experience as a Service Support Specialist or similar role.
- Portuguese language knowledge.
- A key role in launching and managing our first studio in São Paulo, Brazil.
