Work Environment & Flexibility

This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to operate from either our São Paulo or Porto Alegre locations.

  • In São Paulo, you can work two days per week or eight days per month.
  • In Porto Alegre, you have the option to work three days per week or 12 days per month.

Your Role

As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will spearhead intricate business and technical integrations, influencing our clients' products through data-informed strategies. You will engage with some of the brightest minds in mobile app technology to oversee ongoing integrated digital marketing initiatives. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our clients effectively adopt and utilize technology as we roll out their digital marketing strategies. Proficiency in English is essential as you will collaborate with clients across North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex business and technical integrations across various client applications and tools within the MarTech ecosystem, including platforms like Braze, Adobe Experience Platform, Marketo, Segment, mParticle, Branch, Appsflyer, Amplitude, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Punchh.
  • Drive client success and satisfaction by defining the scope of engagements and maintaining regular communication with stakeholders.
  • Mentor project teams and guide the Growth team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand clients' business objectives and recommend optimal marketing technology stacks.
  • Train clients on utilizing their mobile growth stacks and advise on best practices.
  • Manage client media budgets and allocate them across various social channels and digital advertising networks.
  • Oversee ongoing marketing service engagements, including push and email campaigns, analytics, and data reporting to showcase ROI.
  • Provide constructive feedback to internal teams regarding creative asset and content development.
  • Address a range of customer inquiries, from basic education to technical operations.
  • Develop multi-channel marketing strategies to enhance engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.
  • Collaborate with mobile technology vendors to create tailored marketing solutions for clients.
  • Analyze integrated marketing performance by audience segment and make necessary adjustments to optimize customer experience and relevance.
  • Travel to client locations as required.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in a client-facing marketing strategy or account management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading multi-phase projects with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading diverse teams and mentoring team members.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of various digital marketing tools and effective reporting methods, including analytics, attribution, ad serving, DMPs, push, email marketing, and social media.
  • Experience in planning and executing integrated digital marketing or communications campaigns aimed at driving acquisition, increasing retention, or enhancing customer lifetime value.
  • In-depth understanding of data-driven marketing practices, including audience segmentation, personalization, retargeting, and exclusions.
  • Able to present complex concepts to clients and team members in an engaging manner.
  • Empathetic to client needs and adept at problem-solving.
