Quality Assurance Specialist

  • As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of products and systems.
  • You will take ownership of quality management processes and ensure that they are followed throughout development projects.
  • You will work closely with project teams to understand and verify customer and business requirements.
  • Assist project teams to derive CTQs (critical-to-quality characteristics) and monitor, test, and verify them during the project.
  • Evaluate risks during the project using FMEA tools and formulate corrective action plans.
  • Support quality issues and technical deep dive topics, mainly for electronic components like drivers.
  • Train and coach the team on application of Reliability and APQP/DFSS processes and tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree completed in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related).
  • Experience in either R&D, Test Engineering, or Design Quality (one of them).
  • Preferable Green Belt certified (or willing to get certified in first year).
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills.
  • Customer-centric; focus on customer first.
  • Fluent English is MANDATORY.

This is an on-site position based in Brazil.
