This job opportunity exists for a Field Quality Engineer in Varginha, Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Executing complaint resolution process for escalated complex complaints on product level.
  • Leading cross-functional problem-solving teams using 8D methodology and ensuring corrective and preventive action.
  • Analyzing product performance in the field and proposing improvement programs to meet targets.
  • Analyzing external CoNQ and proposing improvement programs to meet targets.
  • Training and instructing markets on problem-solving approaches using existing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Strong experience in Quality role.
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction.
  • Practical use of Quality Tools: 8D/2 x Why/Trend Analysis.
  • Data-driven approach.
  • Expert communication skills and courageous conversations.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
