Job OverviewThis is a unique chance to work as a Field Quality Engineer in Brazil, with a focus on complaint resolution, problem-solving, and product improvement.
- Execute complex complaint resolution processes and lead cross-functional teams using 8D methodology.
- Analyze product performance in the field and propose improvement programs to ensure targets are met.
- Train and instruct markets on problem-solving approaches using existing processes.
We seek candidates with:
- A Bachelor's degree completed.
- Strong experience in Quality roles.
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction.
- Expertise in practical Quality Tools: 8D/2 x Why/Trend Analysis.
- Data & fact-driven decision making.
- Fluency in English.
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
