Product Development Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Product Development Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that technical changes do not negatively impact the quality of the product.

  • Manage the product design history file (DHF) and attend internal and external audits.
  • Act as the engineering responsibility manager for designated products.
  • Guide internal resources in projects and sometimes manage projects.
  • Contribute to avoiding shipment line downtime by helping to manage end-of-life (EOL) and critical supplier situations with a cross-functional team.
  • Contribute to fixing or improving components/products (hardware) by formulating plans outlining necessary steps.
  • Analyze and evaluate present or proposed components, procedures, or problems to help define project feasibility in terms of cost and required time.
  • Plan and execute tests to verify or validate design changes.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation related to projects, products, or components (hardware).
  • Research new technologies, systems, or features using specialized literature, event attendance, and prototype creation to maintain products until their end-of-life.
  • Provide technical assistance to the team and review documents and designs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanics or Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of complex projects from design to production.
  • Solid knowledge of Project Management and excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Medical product development experience is preferred.
  • Advanced English skills to work effectively in a global organization.
