Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a central role in planning and executing communication tactics and hands-on production of innovative marketing deliverables that ensure our games stand out in the market and are positioned as must-play experiences.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, identities, and go-to-market strategies for our portfolio of products, as well as institutional branding initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of brand strategies, identities, and go-to-market strategies for our products
  • Ideate and collaborate to create marketing campaign strategies for our products
  • Build and execute marketing plans and roadmaps for our products across owned, earned, and paid media channels
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define positioning, consumer target, and product features
  • Help guide product manager decisions on commercialization, pricing, branding, target personas, and positioning
  • Research and present comparative industry metrics
  • Elevate relationships with XR platforms and drive successful product pitches to external stakeholders
  • Communicate company values and increase brand awareness externally
  • Lead the communications, social media, and community teams
  • Drive alignment and accountability to results across creative development, production, analytics, finance, and market planning

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • Experience in marketing for games
  • Good relationship with games marketing and services providers
  • Experience leading remote teams
  • Fluent English, spoken and written
  • Strong self-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Nice To Have:

  • Advanced experience in marketing for games
  • Experience in extended reality products and game development
  • Advanced knowledge in game analytics and user acquisition
