About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts for Universal Pictures in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a proven track record of success in the entertainment industry. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive box office results, build brand awareness, and engage with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business results and exceed expectations
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of marketing spend
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, tech ops, finance, and business intelligence/strategic planning departments
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in the entertainment industry
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business results
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
