Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities within our served geographies to drive growth and expansion
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust
  • Consistently follow up on leads to grow the sales pipeline
  • Stay up-to-date on local market knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients
  • Create written purchase offers for clients to facilitate a smooth closing process
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License or pursuit of a California real estate license is required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • A proven track record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Driven, self-motivated, and committed to professional growth
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Compensation

$109,061 average annual salary for real estate agents in California, with actual earnings varying based on location, experience, and sales performance.
