In this position, you will play a crucial role within a nationwide sales force, managing a designated territory. Collaborating with a prominent pharmaceutical organization, you will be responsible for:

  1. Actively showcasing and advocating for the client's products to both targeted and non-targeted healthcare professionals in your area, while formulating a strategic business plan to influence their prescribing habits for suitable patients.
  2. Building and nurturing relationships with key customers in the territory to strengthen brand loyalty and enhance the client's market presence.
  3. Employing a structured selling approach to secure maximum commitment from clients during each interaction, thereby driving positive engagement outcomes.
  4. Utilizing your knowledge of clinical research and managed care to advise, influence, and sustain customer relationships, tailoring discussions to meet the specific needs of physicians.
  5. Having a minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales, or business-to-business sales.
  6. Possessing a valid driver's license and the willingness to travel as required, including overnight stays and weekends.
  7. Residing within or near the designated territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. A documented history of sales achievements and a proven record of success.

The expected annual base salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $82,500. This range reflects the anticipated low and high salary for this position at Syneos Health. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. Additionally, some roles may offer the opportunity to earn commissions or bonuses based on individual and company performance.
