Key Job Functions:

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking key performance metrics, collaborating with Operations and Sales teams, and providing analysis on customer requests and pricing trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Track key performance metrics in data analytics tools for the Americas Region
  • Collaborate with Operations and Sales to identify and implement performance actions
  • Provide analysis around trends in customer requests and pricing, driving changes in Pricing Structures to enable revenue growth
  • Streamline and improve business processes, including tools, templates and procedures, to increase the efficiency of the Pricing Team
  • Own Performance improvement projects end to end, from conception to implementation
  • Build strong relationships with Operations and Sales Colleagues to inform and influence the performance of the region
  • Manage both regular and ad-hoc analysis to highlight and identify key performance actions for the region

  • Bachelor's degree required; Business, Economics, Math or Engineering undergrad majors preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in rapidly changing position involving daily interaction with multiple levels of management and peers
  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent Excel skills and data manipulation
  • Strong data visualization experience preferred
