Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior Customer Retention Specialist to join our team. This full-time remote position involves retaining existing customers during high-level escalations.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume inbound phone calls to support current customers and address complaints to increase satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement solutions-oriented approaches to prevent customer cancellations and secure renewals or saves.
  • Manage and resolve escalated issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with high-level customer escalations in account management, client relations, hospitality, or tourism.
  • Fluent English language skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
