We are seeking a seasoned Business Analysis professional to play a key role in our team.
About the Role
This is an opportunity for a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to delivering analytical solutions within the Insurtech space. You will work closely with clients and technical resources to develop and implement business solutions that meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop complex test case scenarios and oversee testing to ensure client requirements are incorporated into system design.
- Create complex business requirements documents/user stories to support required modifications.
- Plan and design simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications.
- Make recommendations to improve and support business activities.
- Gather business requirements through sessions and interviews, analyze and document complex client requirements and processes, and communicate these to the appropriate parties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- A degree in Business, IT or a relevant field.
- Previous experience working in the insurance industry, preferably in Insurtech or health insurance.
- Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is advantageous.
- Knowledge of business analysis concepts, including defining requirements, translating to technical solutions, and Agile approach to prioritizing work.
