Job Description

To optimize factory productivity and drive process improvements, we are seeking a skilled professional to lead our operations team. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in enhancing efficiency across our factories by analyzing employee productivity, identifying performance gaps, and benchmarking against industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive process enhancements and CAPEX initiatives focused on profitability while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and cost objectives.
  • Analyze employee productivity by task and manage the Master Plan across tasks, processes, units, and simulate future production volumes and extra capacity needs.
  • Oversee video-based work measurement and methodology; identify best practices, manage improvement projects, and maintain a video library of activities.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to explore innovative solutions and implement best practices.
  • Support factories in managing productivity, headcount, volume planning, vacation schedules, and absenteeism in line with master plans.
  • Manage Chrono Analysis Matrix, process flows/scripts, new SKU integration, employee allocation, and UEP/Kg variance analysis.
  • Validate nominal production capacities data entered into Otimix.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial processes, preferably in the food industry.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing and routine management tools (SDCA).
  • Previous experience with production planning, chrono analysis, efficiency optimization, cost control, and operational excellence.
  • Knowledge of 'Assembly Line Balancing' with a flow-oriented production strategy to improve productivity.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Based in Nova Mutum or willing to relocate.
