About This RoleAs a Technical Support Specialist, you will collaborate with leading organizations to unlock the power of data analytics.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate technical issues and diagnose root causes in Linux and Windows servers.
- Develop, design, and propose solutions to meet technological needs.
- Manage critical issues impacting customer businesses.
- Work with R&D teams to meet customer requirements and improve the product.
- Present complex technical information about the product to customers.
- Contribute to knowledge-based resources and community creation.
- Troubleshoot web applications, database management, ETL processes, and BI tool integration.
- Experience supporting complex product infrastructure and applications.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting web applications, databases (MS SQL, MySQL), and ETL tools (Microsoft Power BI, Talend).
- Ability to work with logs, monitoring tools (Grafana, New Relic), and Linux environments.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with English-speaking customers.
