We are seeking a Support Specialist Intern to join our team and assist in supporting global customers.

Job Description

As a Support Specialist Intern, you will have the opportunity to develop technical and soft skills while gaining insights into various business processes. This internship provides a dynamic and supportive environment for growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote technical support to global customers via support systems, chat, or calls.
  • Help with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and deliver solutions.

  • Report errors requiring code corrections to development teams.
  • Contribute to the creation, enhancement, and sharing of internal and external documentation.
  • Participate in local or global projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
