Lead Communications Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute communication strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Create engaging content that showcases our company's success stories, product launches, and industry recognition.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, real estate brokers, and public authorities.
  • Lead media outreach efforts, ensuring our message reaches the right audiences through proactive and reactive communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results through effective storytelling and reputation management.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in Comms/PR, with a strong track record of driving strategic communications.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and build trust with key audiences.
