Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Administration: Manage the day-to-day administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including user setup, security roles, and system configurations. Ensure the CRM system is running efficiently and securely.
- System Customization: Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements. Develop and implement workflows, dashboards, reports, and custom entities to enhance CRM functionality.
- Integration and Data Management: Oversee the integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems and data sources. Manage data import/export, ensure data integrity, and implement data cleansing processes.
- User Support and Training: Provide support to CRM users, including troubleshooting issues, resolving technical problems, and answering user queries. Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure effective use of the CRM system.
- Process Improvement: Analyze business processes and CRM usage to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement best practices and enhancements to optimize CRM performance and user experience.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer interactions, sales performance, and other key metrics. Use CRM data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Project Management: Participate in CRM projects, including upgrades, new implementations, and system enhancements. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of +2 years of experience in managing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization, configuration, and administration. Experience with CRM integrations and data management. Knowledge of CRM reporting tools and analytics.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant.
