We are looking for a skilled Tech Support Engineer to join our international quality team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving online issues for overseas users, collaborating with local operations and customer service teams, and conducting comprehensive localization testing.

You will work closely with domestic teams to establish an overseas information monitoring system, including rider-driver feedback chat groups, public sentiment monitoring, and customer service call analysis. Additionally, you will organize and lead localized product experience initiatives to promote high-quality user experiences and foster a user-centric quality mindset.

As a Tech Support Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on various technical support tasks, enhance system usability and availability, and contribute to the success of our international business.

  • Identify and resolve online issues for overseas users through proactive problem collection, investigation, and tracking.
  • Collaborate with local operations and customer service teams to provide fast and effective technical support for internal systems.
  • Conduct comprehensive localization testing across all scenarios, ensuring product delivery quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
  • Proficient in Chinese, English, and Portuguese with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination and process management skills.
  • Highly resilient under pressure with strong business acumen and a high sense of responsibility.
