We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join our team.
This role involves providing technical support to customers using cloud-based solutions. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with virtualization technologies such as KVM or OpenStack, as well as containers like Docker, LXD/LXC, or Kubernetes.
- They will also have expertise in storage technologies, including block, object, and network storage, as well as networking fundamentals.
- A strong understanding of cloud computing principles, including provisioning, monitoring, and orchestration, is essential.
- The candidate should have advanced troubleshooting skills, including the ability to navigate stack traces and logs, and provide advice on next steps.
- Fundamental programming skills in any language are required.
- Extensive customer support experience is necessary.
