**Job Opportunity: Cloud Support Specialist**

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our support team as a Cloud Support Specialist. As a key member, you will provide exceptional service and technical expertise to our customers.

This role involves delivering high-quality support for Oracle ERP Cloud modules, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional support for Procurement, Payables, Expenses, and Tax modules in Oracle ERP Cloud.
  • Resolve customer calls with quality and within the agreed-upon timeframe (SLA), collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
  • Assist with monthly closing processes across multiple regions (LATAM, USA, APAC).
  • Conduct regression testing on quarterly platform updates using SaaS.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly compliance requirements (SOX) with evidence and proper documentation.
  • Lead best practices in operation using ServiceNow, GitLab, and ITIL structure.
  • Collaborate with project teams and Oracle engineering to ensure efficient deliveries and integrations.
  • Influence positive team culture and disseminate quality standards.
  • Manage and escalate risks and problems with agility and clarity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud configurations in mentioned modules.
  • Experience with electronic document capture and integration with EDICOM or Syncro.
  • Familiarity with Brazilian tax configurations and local legislation.
  • Knowledge of Oracle locations for Brazil and LACLS reports.
  • Experience with BIP, PL/SQL, Web Services (SOAP/REST), FBDI, and ADFDi.
  • Clear communication skills in English.
