Job Description:

The Recruitment Coordinator will provide critical support for high-volume hiring initiatives across various departments and geographical regions.

This role requires an individual who can work behind the scenes, utilizing process-driven skills and attention to detail to facilitate team growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Manage candidate communications, including invitations and follow-ups
  • Maintain structured pipelines and ensure timely updates to our recruitment management system
  • Develop and post job descriptions, as well as manage incoming applicant workflows
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline hiring processes
  • Contribute to delivering a professional and responsive candidate experience
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or scheduling-heavy roles
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools like Google Calendar, Slack, and ATS systems
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks effectively
