We are seeking an SAP expert to join our professional services team. As a Senior SAP Consultant, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and/or Financial Accounting (FI) to implement and troubleshoot Sovos software products for clients worldwide.

  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of clients' SAP configuration to create design documents detailing the requirements needed to provide expected results
  • Participate in product testing, identifying any omissions or gaps in the initial implementation build and working with other resources to correct all known issues
  • Lead clients through user acceptance testing, troubleshooting any issues found
  • Assist clients during go-live and stabilization phases of the project
  • Provide technical support and guidance to Sovos Clients and Support associates
  • Utilize extensive product/process experience to troubleshoot issues
  • Working knowledge of SAP MM, SD or FI
  • Technical experience with on premise, hosted and cloud based systems
  • Continually enhance knowledge and skills relating to new/existing/future products and rollouts as well as emerging technology to increase proficiency in a technical capacity
  • Accurate and timely communication and executing rollouts/releases/patches to clients
  • Take full responsibility for ensuring internal and external client satisfaction

Key qualifications include 5+ years of SAP experience, SAP Module Specialist: MM, SD or FI, fluent English, excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, and proven ability to influence performance and contribute to significant impacts related to complex business issues.
