At a leading ecommerce organization, we're seeking an experienced ecommerce Paid Media Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large ad budgets across Meta and Google for US-based ecommerce brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Meta, Google, and/or TikTok ad accounts of high-profile ecommerce clients. They will run ad campaigns across these platforms, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize campaigns to achieve desired results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing ad accounts and running profitable campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Monitoring KPIs such as return on ad spend (ROAS), revenue, and core metrics
  • Running creative testing campaigns and identifying trends to communicate with clients about what's working and what should be prioritized
  • Creating performance marketing reports to accurately display analytics and next steps
  • Strategizing ways to improve overall marketing strategy to increase effectiveness

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or 3-4 years of experience, or alternative education experience
  • Prior experience working for an ecommerce brand or advertising agency is preferred
  • Proficiency in Facebook and Google Ads management for ecommerce brands
  • Ability to scale ad budgets and manage large ad accounts
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and hunger to provide great results for clients
  • Autonomous worker with analytical mind and portfolio of work
