Seeking experienced professionals to manage shipment coordination by securing buy rates and capacity with qualified carriers. Key member of operations department responsible for coordinating transport activities, including executing bookings, data entry, documentation generation, and liaison with customer care specialists.

Your Role:

  • ">
  • Coordinate with customer care, haulers, and carriers for imports shipment">
  • Review and ensure alignment of shipping instructions, considering country regulations, export compliance, and rate/routing information">
  • Execute shipment and documentation coordination through operational systems, ensuring accuracy in terms of data quality and financial results">
  • Monitor operational performance, documenting tasks, carriers, and vendors, escalating/creating awareness if performance commitments are not met">
  • Initiate and resolve rate discrepancies">
  • Cost Management">
  • Work with Sales and Customer Care on account implementation, ensuring smooth transition from sales to operations">
  • Problem-solving for operation disputes or discrepancies, involving supervisor, manager, divisional manager, or branch manager">
  • Guide and help less-experienced team members">
  • Monitor internal data and customer indicators, according to customer expectation, action plan, and continuous improvement">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (focussed on Foreign Trade), Economics, Law, or compatible field">
  • Experience in Sea Logistics">
  • Fluent English language skills">
