The SAP Product Support - Concur Support Associate role focuses on delivering expert customer service by resolving complex issues across multiple fronts. This support is often consultative and addresses service-related concerns in the areas of financial management and corporate spend control.
Key Responsibilities- Provide in-depth assistance to customers via live calls and through a CRM tool regarding product functionality or technical issues;
- Troubleshoot systems to offer efficient solutions within established timelines;
- Communicate and collaborate with peers, customers, and upper management.
- Bachelor's or Associates degree completed or in course;
- Fluency in English;
- Flexibility to work during some holidays and weekends based on business needs.
- Opportunity to develop strong IT skills, including troubleshooting and resolution of issues;
- Familiarity with Customer Service and Support for software or other Information Technology products;
- Spanish language proficiency;
- Travel industry knowledge.
- Knowledge in IT related areas, including programming (Web Applications, Webservices, HTML, HTTP, Java, JavaScript, JSON, Data Bases, SQL, XML, APIs);
